Today was my first ever debates competition. Ridiculosuly nerve-wrecking but we had fun at the same time. Almost puked in the second round (when I was speaking) because the motion was about Aliens from outer space.

WTF right?

Oh, the whole debates this year revolved around the theme of International Space, since this year is the International Year of Astronomy.

3 rounds today, won one. The other two we lost was lost by an incredibly slim margin (according to the adjudicator).

My stupid pumps almost broke my ankle and there's a huge ass blister on it now.

FYI: My coach is damn cute! As in good-looking cute. Looks like one child actor from Channel 5 many many years back. Must've seen the look on his face when Khim Geok told him about what I said when I first saw him.

Khim Geok: Coach, do you have any siblings?
Coach: Ya, why?
Khim Geok: Brother?
Coach: Sister
Me: then cannot be lor...were you a child actor?
Coach: No!
Khim Geok: Nuzrath insists that you look like a local chinese actor on Channel 5
Coach: Oh...SHIT!

His reaction was CLASSIC man!

There's still a little kid in him cuz he joked just as obscenely as us. Which was entertaining. Suddenly Jia Jin talked about some girl with saggy boobs that liked her or something. Then coach asked:

So you like saggy boobs or not.

Effin' funny lar!

Anyway, still got one preliminary round to go to next week. Coinfirm never made it to finals but we can get to see Hwa Chong and other schools debate. Learn from them.

Other than that, my results are suffering

Seeing a D is so traumatising. In secondary school it's a fail but in JC, a D is a C6. Needless to say my parents are not happy.

It's sunday and Ive still not started my homework
EoM due in two weeks. Arrgh
